Limoxin-25 is a spray with pronounced antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. Oxytetracycline belongs to the tetracycline antibiotics and acts bacteriostatically on many gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms, including Bordetella, Campylobacter, Chlamydia, E. coli, Haemophilus, Mycoplasma, Pasteurella, Rickettsia, Salmonella, Stacococcus, Streptococcus spp. The action of oxytetracycline is based on the inhibition of protein synthesis by a bacterial cell.
Gentian violet is a dye that has, in addition to antifungal properties, activity against Staphylococcus spp.
