How Returns Work
Return Policy
Returns may be made within 7 days of delivery, however please note that packaging fees will not be reimbursed after that time. Any action taken is subject to the sales team’s decision.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and still have their tags on in order to qualify. Assessment and outcome are determined by the sales team.
Procedure for Returns
Access your account by logging in. Navigate to My Orders. Click Return after selecting the item. Requests are reviewed by the sales team before any next steps.

We are unable to accept exchanges.
Exclusions
Returns may not be accepted for some items (such as perishable goods and hygiene products). Product pages will have information. Final decisions are made by the sales team.
