Flipteria Return Policy

  • If your purchase arrives broken, defective, damaged, or incomplete, please register a return request on the website within 7 days of the delivery date for Flipteria items.
  • We do not accept change of mind
  • After the gadget has been used or the return window has expired, the seller may provide a seller warranty or a brand warranty. Please contact the seller for warranty information.

Return Regulations

  • The item must be new, unworn, unwashed, and free of faults.
  • Fashion items that have been purchased can be tried on to check if they fit, but must still be considered new.
  • Original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories must all be included with the goods.
  • The goods must be returned in their original manufacturer packaging / box, which must be undamaged.

We retain the right to return a product to you if it is returned to us in poor condition.

Valid reasons to return an item

  • If the product that is delivered is damaged or faulty, this is inclusive of being broken, physically destroyed or defective.
  • If the product that is delivered is incorrect, or does not match the order that was expected by the customer. This is inclusive of wrong size, colour, expired or counterfeit item.
  • If the product that is delivered is incomplete, this is inclusive of missing accessories or items.
  • If the product that is delivered is unsimilar to its advertisement, this is inclusive of the product not matching its description or picture.

NOTE: The time taken for a product to be returned or replaced may vary according to the timeline of the supplier.

Flipteria will coordinate with suppliers closely and effectively to ensure that replacements occur as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

How to Return a Product?

In the event that your reason for returning a product falls under the returnable category mentioned above, please contact our Hotline +94-11-3459190 to claim a refund/replacement/return.

When will I get my Refunds after claiming?

  • You will get your refund within 5-7 business days.

From return initiation, the refund will be provided within 10 business days

I did not receive my refund on time. What should I do?

  • Please contact our Hotline +94-11-3459190 & 0773979099. In the event that Flipteria Pvt. (Ltd.) informs you that they have done the payments, then kindly contact your bank.

What is the Return Window for my product?

  • You need to inform us about the damage of the item as soon as it has arrived. Any fault and/or defect should be notified in the return request within 1 week (7 days) of arrival of the item.

For refunds - if you wish to get a refund

Customer does not have to make any additional payments; the refund amount will be taken care of by Flipteria.

Return product to drop-off

  1. You may return the product to the drop-off location personally.
  2. The product should be brand new, unused and in its original packing. (We will not accept the return otherwise)

For refunds - if you wish to get a refund

  1. We will arrange pickup for the item in your possession. It should be in its original packing and unused condition. (Used items will not be accepted).
  2. Once the product is picked up and returned to our store, we will inspect the condition of the product.
  3. If the criteria is passed, we will refund the amount to you.
