How to Return a Product?

When will I get my Refunds after claiming?

  • You will get your refund within 5-7 business days.

    From return initiation, the refund will be provided within 10 business days

  • I did not receive my refund on time. What should I do?

    Please contact our Hotline +94-11-3459190 & 0773979099. In the event that Flipteria Pvt. (Ltd.) informs you that they have done the payments, then kindly contact your bank.

  • What is the Return Window for my product?

    You need to inform us about the damage of the item as soon as it has arrived. Any fault and/or defect should be notified in the return request within 1 week (7 days) of arrival of the item.

For refunds – If you wish to get a refund

Customer does not have to make any additional payments; the refund amount will be taken care of by Flipteria.

Return product to drop-off

  1. You may return the product to the drop-off location personally.
  2. The product should be brand new, unused and in its original packing. (We will not accept the return otherwise)

Courier Pickup

  1. We will arrange pickup for the item in your possession. It should be in its original packing and unused condition. (Used items will not be accepted).
  2. Once the product is picked up and returned to our store, we will inspect the condition of the product.
  3. If the criteria is passed, we will refund the amount to you.

Refund Method

Refund via a bank deposit

  1. Bank refund will be issued after product inspection is successful.
