When will I get my Refunds after claiming?
- You will get your refund within 5-7 business days.
From return initiation, the refund will be provided within 10 business days
- I did not receive my refund on time. What should I do?
Please contact our Hotline +94-11-3459190 & 0773979099. In the event that Flipteria Pvt. (Ltd.) informs you that they have done the payments, then kindly contact your bank.
- What is the Return Window for my product?
You need to inform us about the damage of the item as soon as it has arrived. Any fault and/or defect should be notified in the return request within 1 week (7 days) of arrival of the item.
For refunds – If you wish to get a refund
Customer does not have to make any additional payments; the refund amount will be taken care of by Flipteria.
Return product to drop-off
- You may return the product to the drop-off location personally.
- The product should be brand new, unused and in its original packing. (We will not accept the return otherwise)
Courier Pickup
- We will arrange pickup for the item in your possession. It should be in its original packing and unused condition. (Used items will not be accepted).
- Once the product is picked up and returned to our store, we will inspect the condition of the product.
- If the criteria is passed, we will refund the amount to you.
Refund Method
Refund via a bank deposit
- Bank refund will be issued after product inspection is successful.
